Mark brings two decades of experience as a real estate appraiser in the San Antonio Metro area. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to work with exceptional mentors who have helped shape his expertise and passion for the industry. Mark is a member of the Association of Texas Appraisers - ATA and the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) He is also a HUD Approved Appraiser.
Mark specializes in appraising a wide variety of properties in the San Antonio Metro area. Everything from starter homes and luxury estates to unique rural properties in the surrounding Hill Country. His expertise extends to urban neighborhoods, suburban developments, and historic districts, where he evaluates properties with a deep understanding of market trends, community appeal, and property values.

He is particularly focused on incorporating the latest advancements in appraising technology into his daily work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for his clients.
Mark married to his wife, Ashlee, and together they are proud parents of their twins, Olivia and Michael. In his free time, Mark enjoys creating memories with his family through beach trips, scenic drives in the hill country, fishing, and outdoor adventures. He’s also an avid fan of football, Spurs basketball, UTSA football, and perfecting the art of BBQ.
